Using HearNow.Live for Multiple Broadcasts
Do you need to broadcast multiple sessions at once? We’ve made it easy to set up any number of live broadcasts from your event that can be viewed by attendees directly on their mobile devices.

To access a broadcast, attendees scan a QR code with a mobile device’s camera, which will open the HearNow.Live event page. From there, they can just click the “Play” button and start watching in real-time.
How Many Sessions Can I Broadcast at Once?
As many as you need! HearNow.Live can accommodate any number of live sessions simultaneously.
Do I Need to Download a Separate App?
No. HearNow.Live is a web-based service, so it runs through any internet browser.
​How Do I Use HearNow.Live On My Phone? How About a Laptop or iPad?
The web-based player works on any operating system on any device. Simply scan a QR code or enter the URL and you’re good to go!
Can I Set Up a HearNow.Live Broadcast If I Don’t Have a Traditional A/V Setup with Speakers and Amplification?
Yes. You can set up wired or wireless microphones just to capture audio for HearNow.Live.
Do I Need a Video Camera?
A camera is not required, as broadcasts can be audio-only as necessary.
Do Presenters Need to Use Any Specific Equipment?
No! Presenters will present just like any other session.
